Surgical techniques: Minimally invasive extra-maxillary “graft-less” ZAGA concept

Carlos will be discussing his approach to the ZAGA class 4 extra-maxillary situation where there is no coronal bone available to the implant if it is to be placed in an anatomical favourable position. He will discuss his minimally invasive concept together with discussion of his soft tissue management technique that he uses to prevent soft tissue issues on the buccal side of the implant.
