Dale will tackle the ZAGA 4 situation from a prosthodontic point of view and discuss the implications of fixture head positioning in this clinical situation on the final prosthesis. Should we always plan a fixed restoration in these circumstances or is there a role for a precision removable prosthesis with a more palatally placed implant?
